Nithilaksh Puttu Lokesh is a Senior Operations Research Scientist with over 6 years of relevant experience in optimization, machine learning, simulation, and algorithm design. He has designed intelligent algorithms that enable users to make informed decisions by exploring and exposing multiple options and helping them understand uncertainty. He has also built machine learning systems that can transition smoothly from data-poor to data-rich environments while generating insights that help the user to actively engage with the learning system. Nithilaksh is skilled in optimization, machine learning, reinforcement learning, RNNs, simulation, Python, C#, and scheduling. He has worked as a Senior Operations Research Scientist at Ormae and Optym, where he designed algorithms that find the best options and aid people to pick the most optimal solution. He has also worked as a Researcher/IT Analyst at TCS, where he designed intelligent algorithms meant to enable human users to make informed decisions in various domains. Apart from his technical skills, Nithilaksh is an excellent communicator and enjoys listening to people's experiences.
